GbOSS is 8(a) Certified and offers General Contracting and Construction Management Services to Federal clients.

With offices in Chambersburg, PA, Herndon, VA, Pittsburgh, PA, and Morgantown, WV, we perform work throughout the mid-Atlantic and Pacific Northwest regions of the United States.

GbOSS provides economic value through total solution integration with our qualified and highly skilled engineers and construction team. We currently hold IDIQ MACC contracts with the Department of Energy National Energy Technology Lab, U.S. Army Letterkenny Army Depot, Tobyhanna Army Depot and Joint Base Andrews and Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling.

Our highly qualified staff are skilled specialists with the expertise to implement proprietary solutions in a prompt and cost-effective manner.
