GbOSS provided full engineering, design and general construction services for a new pre-engineered metal building for use as a wage grade shop to support the maintenance needs of the National Conservation Training Center located in Shepherdstown, West Virginia.

The 6,000 SF building features a maintenance shop with offices, conference room, kitchen, bathrooms, locker room, heated shop area accessed by exterior overhead garage doors on the front and rear, and storage areas for parts and equipment.

GBOSS provided all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for this design-build project.
